Return Policy 


We here at Final Furlong want you to love your purchase! If you are not 
completely satisfied, however, we do accept returns within (14) days of 
Delivery for most items.

Eligibility for Returns 
● Timeframe: Item(s) must be returned within (14) days of delivery. 
● Condition: Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, 
with all original tags and packaging intact. 
● Proof of Purchase: Including your order number. 

Non-Returnable Items 
● Personalized or custom products 
● Perishable goods 
● Items marked, “Final Sale or One-of” 
● Digital, subscription(s), ebooks and electronic products

 

Return & Refund Process * Many Products must be returned to the 
Supplier and/or Manufacturer. 
a. Initiate: Email us at Returns@Finalfurlong.shop with your name, order 
number and your reason for the return. 
b. Photos: for damage/defective items, please attach photos. 
c. Approval: We will notify you if your Return is Approved. 
d. Ship: Follow provided instructions. 
i. Customer pays shipping for Change of Mind. 
ii. Final Furlong will provide Customers with Return Instruction(s). 
iii. *For many products, follow the return policy included with your 
product(s). 
iv. Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds processed to 
original payment method within (10) business days minus any 
restocking, tariff and applicable fees. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items–Please refer to the Shipper’s Return 
Policy included with your product. 
* Brandnamed Items, e.g. ‘Final Furlong’ and/or Items shipped directly from 
the United States Virgin Islands fall under the same processes; however, 
if Return is Approved, a Shipping Label will be generated for you. 

 

Shipping Costs 
● Customers are responsible for Return Shipping costs for change of 
mind. 
● *Final Furlong covers the return shipping for defective or incorrect 
items. 
● Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
